A JetSki adventure story, Medes Islands, Costa Brava

"A summer action morning feeling like James Bond"

Starts a perfect day on the Costa Brava. You get up early without an alarm. You ask for a delicious breakfast in your dream stay and you look towards the sea. You go to the balcony to contemplate the Medes Islands. The sun warms your skin and the breeze refreshes you. In the distance you can see a wake, it looks like a small boat... Your eyes light up. It's time to get going! Swimsuit, light clothes, towel and sunglasses, is all you need.

Strolling through the port a group of excited kids get your attention. What do they do? And right behind them, you see them ... Four stunning jetskis Sea Doo GTX 130. Your pulse quickens.

Without blinking, you show up at the counter and ask for an hour to go out and try them in the open sea.

Your jet ski tour leaves in 30 minutes. The excitement runs through your body. You breathe deeply and prepare yourself. While you put the life jacket on, you attend with exaltation the jet ski briefing. You approach, greet the instructor and a couple who have also prepared for the tour. The complicit smiles begin.

You get on the jet ski and turn it on. You feel a chill. The sound of the engine excites you. Watching the faces of your fellow travelers, you see that they have wide eyes and a nervous smile. It's time to go to the open sea!

In formation, as if it were a group of birds, the instructor-guide directs full speed the jet to the Medes Islands. And you, clinging to the handlebar, are tightening more and more the accelerator. The jet ski, the sun, the clear water and the impressive Medas Islands in front of you give you a feeling of unparalleled satisfaction.

After a lap to the islets, the guide instructor makes a signal. You approach to him, briefly comment about the visit and decide to head to the north, towards Roca Foradada. In that instant, you see yourself up on the jet ski, with sunglasses, the spectacular cliffs on your left and a large mass of water as far as your eye can reach, on your right. It's you, the jet and the sea.

Amid laughter and excitement shouts, the four jet skis cross through the natural rock tunnel. A magnificent show. In your mind there is only one thought: enjoy the moment. Sixty minutes of extreme madness, to experience euphoria and to contemplate the Costa del Montgrí, hidden coves, small islets and the Medes Islands.

Back to the port, you think: sun, impeccable sea state, views, excellent company and first class jet skis. You feel euphoric. You could start every day of your holidays like this ...
