IMPROVE THE FREEDIVING PRACTICE WITH THE TRAINING TABLES SPECIALTY COURSE
The course entails one session with theory and two practice sessions in the swimming pool, in which the best techniques for training freediving will be practiced.
The duration of the course can be one day or two days, depending on the student's availability.
You will get your SSI freediving Training Tables specialty certification once you’ve finished the course.
