How can there be people who enjoy holding their breath until the body can't stand it anymore? Why does the "how much to endure" and the "depth to reach" seem to produce that many good feelings? Why make the body suffer when you can tie a diving tank on your back and go as far as you want? Freediving is a dangerous sport!

Freediving is not at all like that! This magnificent sport does not consist of suffocate or suffer from lack of oxygen. Freediving is a wonderful sport of knowledge and practice.
The feeling of gliding in the water, the feeling of being at peace submerged in this liquid world, the feeling of becoming a sea creature ...; All this condensed in an experience of 1 to 5 minutes for beginners and 5 to 10 minutes for advanced freedivers, makes this sport the perfect combination to discover the great blue and oneself.
Practicing freediving is not dangerous, like all sports, if basic safety guidelines are followed. That is why, it is essential to start with a course for beginners, although you already practice freediving on your own. Attending Freediving Level 1 Course, you will achieve the basic knowledge about this sport, the functioning of the human body in freediving and the dangers we can face in and out of the water: low oxygen, how to rescue a diver and how to avoid problems.
Not only practicing freediving is not dangerous, but it promotes a healthy lifestyle. Knowledge about the functioning of the human body and the breathing and relaxation techniques taught in freediving courses can be extremely useful in many real life situations, especially when we are exposed to stress situations
Above all, practicing freediving provides concentration, relaxation, fun and the fact of know how to enjoy each moment in communion with the great blue and oneself. Without a doubt, it is an incredible experience.
