Freedive l'Estartit gives freediving instructor courses throughout the year as we are Trainer Center, the first in the Iberian Peninsula.

The course lasts nine days, where our freediving trainer qualified by the most internationally recognized organizations, SSI and AIDA, will do theory sessions to teach the freediving skills until perfection and to know how to transmit them in a classroom and practical sessions in the swimming pool and sea. We supply all the freediving equipment (reduced volume mask, lanyard, neoprene, freediving fins, etc.) so you don't have to worry about anything but to learn.
All this in an unparalleled setting such as Costa Brava (Girona, Spain), not far from Barcelona, within the Natural Park of Montgrí and the Medes Islands, with its transparent waters and characteristic biodiversity, the best of the Mediterranean Sea.
