March, despite being chilly, we have an amazing sea!
Students for the SSI Freediving Level 1 course of this week, Jordi and Pete, just arrived and told us that they can't hold their breath for more than 20s the first one and 34s the second one, neither to dive deeper than 6-8 meters.
But after the theory sessions and practices in the swimming pool and sea...these are the results at the end of the course!!!
Jordi: Static 2'20'' - Depth 15m
Pete: Static 3'10'' - Depth 13,5m
