Who was going to tell you that freediving would become one of your biggest hobbies? When we met and decided to dive into the free diving world, you came with enthusiasm and eager to learn a new sport. Everything we have shared so far, great achievements, personal improvement, knowledge, skills and awesome times, has led you to want to continue your freediving adventure in Costa Brava. And we will continue by your side to reach the top!

Do you remember that you kept the Level 1 certificate? To continue our freediving-adventure and start Level 3 we will need the Level 2 certification and a minimum of 30 registered sessions. Requirements obtained, let’s go!
As we did in the other courses previously, this course will also consist of a theoretical part, a practical part in the pool and another practical part in the sea. During our study time and free diving understanding, we will discover new concepts related to the physiology of our body, which will help us to understand new techniques essential for deep apnea, such as mouth fill and CFR. During our practices we will perfect the techniques learned previously and develop the new ones.
Do you know our new objectives? You will get an static (STA) of three minutes, a dynamic (DYN) of seventy-five meters in length and a constant weight (CWT) of between thirty and forty meters depth. The laughter attacks and tears of happiness will accompany us again at the end of the apnea course.
