Sending files for t-shirt customization

Once you have placed your order you can send us the files with your designs.

We will start production and send you your personalized merchandise as soon as possible.

To send the files remember:

• Vector format, vector PDF, png or jpg
• Indicate the color of the design in case it is a single color and does not match that of the file sent
• Indicate the size for each location where it should be placed

COMBINED PURCHASES OF SPORTS PRODUCTS AND SPORTS ACTIVITIES

In the case of combined purchases of sports products from the Lassdive online store and sports activities from the Activities section, free shipping of the products will be applied if the total amount of the purchase, adding products plus activities, is equal to or higher than the minimum amount, just like if the entire purchase were products.

Products we have in stock will be shipped within 24-48 hours.

Products not in stock will be shipped as soon as we receive them, with the usual time being 5-6 days.

In the case of products with delivery problems due to lack of stock at the factory, we will inform you immediately of the situation so that you can decide whether to wait for the estimated time or if you prefer us to refund the amount paid.
